Venison from nose to tail – Thursday 31st August

Following the success of our pork butchery masterclass, join us on Thursday 31st August at 7.30pm for the venison edition!

We are lucky to be able to source our venison from the Ramsbury Estate, and as with the pig, nothing goes to waste. There’ll be lots of tasty nibbles and a delicious bowl of venison stew & dumplings with a glass of matched wine to finish.
