The next in our series of tasting menus will be centred on game – almost all sourced from our own Ramsbury Estate. There’s so much more to game that just a roast, we’ll be preparing an exciting variety of dishes to tempt your tastebuds and challenge your ideas of what game can do.

What better way to start your Christmas festivities than with a sumptuous twist on the traditional seasonal fare. The final tasting menu of 2023 will be centred around all the good food you know, but not quite as you know it! With the festive season in full swing, we’ll surprise and delight you with flavours you’ll love and wine to really make them shine.
